Hey Mrs. Solomon on Style's avatar

The takeout bagel 10 minutes later. You are strong.

Ok but is Style Class just our QVC?

Tara's avatar

Oh god Jessie - some uncomfortable truths about the similarities between my mother and me are being unlocked in this comment section. Yes, Style Class is 100% our QVC. If only they had an easy pay option! Mom's mobility issues keep her from shopping in person and her eyes make online shopping hard but SHE CAN WATCH TV AND PICK UP THE PHONE. There's always a way to shop and we should be grateful for that.

Where's the lie

Hey Angus. Thanks for the updates. Not sure if the daughter’s massage wish or your Mom’s requests were more entertaining. How lucky to have them both even with the antics. 🥰 Loved the photos and thoughts on sizing. At first I was a bit worried no Style Class commentary but saw you and Rachel will tackle together. That is joyful x2! ps I think it’s The Doors.

Tara's avatar

Thanks Jill! Yes the Doors - love Jim Morrison's style. Yes, my Mom and my daughter are two dramatic peas in a pod. I like to imagine myself as the no drama foil to both of them. Stye class recap is in the works! xx Angus

I'm very intrigued by the Charles trousers - they look great on you!

Tara's avatar

Thank you! They are fab and I say that as a non pants person.

I can’t wait for the style class commentary… meanwhile I did not know those trousers had the snaps! (Buttons whatever). Thank you for that… I think :). I have my tailor put those on OTHER pants…

Tara's avatar

Hi KJ - yes, the buttons are a total game changer!

I bought the pleated dress on sale (don’t have the skirt). Haven’t worn it yet but it’s so good. 🫶🏼🫶🏼

jealous!

Also visiting my grandmother was the exact same as you describe. Also don’t throw any food away, yet nothing to eat 😬🫠

Tara's avatar

No, there's nothing to eat! I've also been sent to Publix for soup - not the canned version that can be prepared when needed, but the deli version which should be consumed immediately, but she'll save it for later and not eat it. Plus it's 100 degrees in the shade. Really, soup?
